Terms and Conditions

Check-in: 4:00 pm. Our simple mobile self-check-in cuts out the front desk queue. Our smart accommodation is completely keyless. When you book your stay, you will receive your room code with instructions. Early check-in is subject to availability and must be pre-arranged. The minimum age to book a reservation is 18. A $200 refundable deposit will be charged for guests ages 18-20.

Check-out: 11:00 am. Late check-out is subject to availability and must be pre-arranged. The cost is $30.

Maximum Occupancy: Room occupancy is based on fire code/fire safety restrictions. Room occupancy is listed on the room reservation. Any number of guests that exceed the safety limit will be asked to rent another room for the night.

Cancellation Policy: We are a small hotel and cancellations impact us greatly. If you need to cancel, please notify us 48 hours prior to arrival to avoid being charged for your stay. Canceling within 24 hours before your reservation and you will be charged a one-night stay. If you no-show then you will be charged for your full reservation.

Payment: We accept American Express, Discover, MasterCard, VISA, and cash.

Damages: Guests are liable for any damage howsoever caused to the rooms or hotel premises. The credit/debit card on file will be charged to compensate for the cost of expenses incurred.

Pets: Only dogs are allowed for an extra charge of $20 per room, per day. Pets can not be left unattended in rooms. We kindly ask to keep pets off furniture and decorative blankets. Please bring necessary items such as blankets, towels or anything else they may need. 

Smoking Fee: We are a non-smoking facility. There will be a $250 cleaning fee applied for smoking indoors. Burning candles, incense or any other devices is prohibited indoors. Smoking is permitted outdoors in the designated smoking area.

Parking: Self-parking is available and free. One vehicle per reservation. Overflow parking across from the parking lot along the street.

Registered Guests: Only registered guests are allowed in the guest rooms. Government-issued photo identification and a credit card, debit card, or cash deposit may be required for incidental charges.

Special Requests: Special requests are subject to availability upon check-in and may incur additional charges and cannot be guaranteed.
